Enoteca 1918 is the result of the journey of an Italian family that in 2018 celebrate 100 years in the world restoration.

At the opening of Enoteca 1918, we continued to fulfill the dream started by my great-grandfather, Don Donato Simone, when he started his first restaurant in Pescara, a beautiful town on the Italian Adriatic coast in the Abruzzo region..
Then my grandmother Antonieta Simone continued, to continue with my father Michele Caporale.

My father arrived in Mallorca in 2000 and opened his first restaurant: ‘La Botiga de Via Appia’, which would later become La Bottega di Michele, a benchmark for Italian cuisine in Palma.
Our gastronomic offer is completed by the restaurants Bianco e Rosso.

With my father I have learned to love cooking, to conquer creating dishes with personality, to innovate, but above all I have learned that the most important thing is to make people happy.
